About Sarawak Business Events Association (SBE)

It was during an informal networking function on the 1 Nov 2018, a group of events industry players who are rivals, competitors, friends, and associates decided to put aside personal interest to come together to discuss the formation of an association w ith the aims to raise our standard, boost our competitive edge and maximise the value from our products and service.

We founded Sarawak Business Events Association out of a pure passion for people. Our goals, ambitions, and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing association that all of us are proud to be a part of. We regularly go above and beyond to ensure our members receive the support, resources, and opportunities they need to grow and prosper. 

Recognising the needs to grow our business and to avert missed opportunities in the fast developing Sarawak and the need to be successful events professional, Sarawak Business Events Association was officially registered on the 13 April 2021
